Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Met by owner’s son on arrival and shown to room. He explained everything in good English. Large double bed with side tables+ lights, wardrobe, table, one chair, fridge, TV, WiFi, no Aircon but radiator for heating. On-suite with large walk-in shower and shared balcony's. Room, towels and bedding all clean. Shared kitchen/dinning area with TV. All very nice, clean and modern. Seven double rooms, two shared kitchen/dining areas all on first floor, while the owners live on the ground floor. Outside BBQ area, hot tub (weather dependant) and parking for 6 cars inside gate. Not many places to eat nearby. Went to Lidl (@ 15 min drive) and bought supplies for tea and breakfast. We had the whole place to ourselves so can't comment on soundproofing. Great place to stop if travelling the Transfagarasan highway which passes over the Fagaras mountains in Transylvania.
Negative: No plug for on-suite sink.
